ShopyBuilder sells access to a software service and prepaid AI credits. Nothing physical is shipped. This page sets out exactly what is delivered when you pay, how quickly, and what to do in the rare case that something does not arrive.
No physical shipping
There are no physical goods, no courier, no tracking number and no shipping charges. Everything you buy is delivered electronically to the account you are signed in with. Any reference to "shipping" in a payment receipt is a standard field from the payment gateway and does not mean a physical item is on its way.
What is delivered
Delivery timeline
- Plans and credits. Delivered within a few minutes of the payment gateway confirming the payment, and usually instantly. You do not need to do anything to claim them.
- Generations. A typical page plan takes under a minute. Writing copy for a full page usually takes one to three minutes. Image generation takes longer, commonly two to five minutes per batch, depending on how many sections you requested and on the AI provider's current load.
- Exports. Instant. The code is produced in your browser as soon as you open the export panel.
These are normal ranges, not guarantees. Times can be longer during heavy load or if our AI provider is degraded.
If your purchase has not arrived
If your payment succeeded but your plan or credits are not showing after one hour, refresh the page and sign out and back in first, because the balance is cached in your browser. If it is still missing, write to [email protected] with the payment reference from your receipt and the email address on your account.
We respond to delivery problems within 24 hours. If a payment was taken and the corresponding credits genuinely were not delivered, we either deliver them or refund the payment in full, whichever you prefer. That is true regardless of the 7 day window in the refund policy, because a payment taken for something never delivered is not a refund request, it is a correction.
Access requirements
You need a modern web browser and an internet connection. The service runs entirely in the browser and there is nothing to install. Exported code is designed to work in any ecommerce website theme through a custom HTML block, and in other website builders that accept raw HTML, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme or with third party apps installed on your store.
Availability
The service is available to customers in India and internationally. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees for customers in India and in US Dollars for international customers, with the final amount confirmed at checkout. Access is not restricted by country, except where we are required by law to withhold it.
