ShopyBuilder Plans, Payments and Refunds: How it All Works

This guide explains how paying for ShopyBuilder works: the monthly plans, paying in rupees or US dollars, Autopay, extra credits and refunds. Everything here matches what you see on the Plans page in the app.

The monthly plans

There are three plans. Every plan includes every tool: Page Builder, Product Creatives, Reference to Image, Social Posts and the Section Editor. The only difference is how many credits you get each month and how much storage you have.

A plan gives you 30 days of credits. There is no free plan and no yearly plan: every plan is monthly.

Paying in rupees or US dollars

Before you pay, you choose the currency on the Plans page.

• Indian rupees (₹): pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet.
• US dollars ($): pay by international card. Each payment buys one month, and nothing renews on its own. When the month ends, you renew it from the Plans page.

Prices include taxes. Payments go through a secure payment partner; ShopyBuilder never sees or stores your card details.

Autopay (rupees only)

When you buy a plan in rupees, you choose one of two ways to pay:

• Autopay: the same plan is charged again every month through UPI Autopay or your card.
• One-time payment: you pay for 30 days and it never renews.

You can turn Autopay off at any time in My Account or on the Plans page, or cancel the mandate in your UPI app or with your bank. Turning it off does not end the month you already paid for: you keep your access and any plan credits left until the end of those 30 days.

Unused credits and a new month

Plan credits are for the month they were bought for. Buying a new month replaces the plan credits left from the old one; they do not add up. The app warns you before you pay if you still have plan credits left.

Extra credits (top-ups)

If you run out of plan credits before the month ends, you can buy extra credits at any time from the Plans page. You type the amount and see the credits before you pay.

• In rupees: from ₹200 up to ₹50,000, at ₹2 per credit.
• In US dollars: from $10 up to $600, 40 credits for every $1.

Extra credits are separate from your plan credits and stay valid for 180 days from your most recent top-up. You need an active plan to buy or use them. A top-up is always a one-time payment.

How credits are used

Credits are used only when AI writes something or makes an image. Every button shows the cost before anything runs. If a generation fails, its credits come back to you automatically. Previews, styling, colours and copying the code cost nothing. The full list of credit costs is on the Plans page.

Refunds

Within 7 days of a payment, if you have not used any of the credits from that payment, you get a full refund. This applies to every payment, including each monthly Autopay charge and each top-up. If an Autopay charge was made that you did not want, write to us within 7 days of it.

Good to know

• You can change your plan at any time from the Plans page.
• Your projects, gallery and extra credits stay safe when a month ends; only that month's plan credits finish.
