Premium tools and full platform access require a paid plan. Pricing is shown on our website at the time of purchase. All paid access is governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. What You Can and Cannot Do
You are allowed to use ShopyBuilder’s tools for personal or commercial website projects and to copy and use any code generated by the tools on your own websites or client websites.
You may not resell or redistribute the ShopyBuilder platform or its tools as your own product, use bots or automated scripts to access the service, attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the source code of the platform, or use the service in any way that is unlawful or harmful to others.
6. Ownership and Code Rights
The ShopyBuilder platform, its design, branding, and underlying code belong to ShopyBuilder and are protected by applicable laws. You do not acquire any ownership over the platform by using it.
The HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code generated by your use of the tools belongs to you, and you are free to use it on your websites and projects. You also retain full ownership of any text, images, or other content you add through the tool.
Please note that ShopyBuilder is a shared template-based tool. This means the sections you generate may look visually similar to sections created by other users of the platform, since they are built from the same design templates. ShopyBuilder does not guarantee that your generated output will be visually unique. If design exclusivity is important to your project, we recommend customizing the output further before publishing.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep ShopyBuilder running reliably, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption. The service may go offline temporarily due to scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for losses or inconvenience resulting from temporary unavailability.
