We want to be straightforward with you about how refunds work at ShopyBuilder, and we believe the best way to do that is to start with how you can try the product before spending anything.
Try the Tool Before You Buy
ShopyBuilder gives you access to one of its tools completely free, with no account required. You can open the editor, customize a section, generate real code, and see the full output before you make any purchase decision.
We built this free access specifically so that you never have to buy something you have not already seen and tested yourself. We encourage every new visitor to use the free tool first.
Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
ShopyBuilder is a digital tool. When you purchase access, that access is delivered instantly. Because digital products cannot be returned in the way a physical product can, and because the tool’s output (your generated code) can be used immediately after access, we are not able to offer refunds once access has been granted.
This is a standard practice for digital software and tools, and it exists to protect the service from misuse, not to put you at a disadvantage. Since the free trial lets you evaluate everything in advance, we believe it is a fair and transparent setup.
All sales are final once access has been provided.
If Something Goes Wrong
Our no-refund policy does not mean we leave you without support. If you run into a genuine problem, we want to hear about it.
If a tool is not working as described, if the server experienced significant downtime during your paid period, or if there is a clear difference between what was advertised and what was delivered, please contact us. We will look into it honestly and work toward a fair resolution, which may include extended access or account credit.
Service Availability
ShopyBuilder runs on web servers, and like any web service, occasional downtime or maintenance may happen. We do our best to keep things running smoothly and to communicate any planned maintenance in advance. If our service was unavailable for a significant portion of a paid period due to reasons on our end, we will make it right by extending your access.
Subscriptions and Cancellations
If you are on a recurring subscription plan, you can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing contact@shopybuilder.com. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after that. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any past billing period.
